Kylah's First Christmas x 5

Kylah's first Christmas actually consisted of 5 Christmas parties, all of which she ended up with more gifts than anyone else! Our house is now full of boxes with toys and clothes for her...can we say spoiled!? Although she doesn't understand now, she will be very thankful soon for all her gifts. Thank you to all our friends and family who made her first Christmas (all 5) wonderful!

Here are just a few of the hundred pictures we took...starting with Riley and Kylah waiting patiently to open gifts.
These gifts here are ALL for Kylah! Great timing for her to take a cat nap...
She did eventually wake up to see the toys Dad unwrapped for her though!
Family pic after parties 1 & 2:
Christmas Eve morning before party #3 at Great Grandma and Grandpa Winkler's house. Isn't she adorable?!
Kylah's favorite gift by far is the Jumparoo Great Grandma & Grandpa gave her. Thank you!!
All partied out :)

Kylah met a few more of our very close friends just before Christmas, including Jeff Uhen, Reed Smith, and Nikki Olivier...thanks for stopping by everyone! AND, thanks for a very fun night out afterwards :)

Basement Project 2007

Kylah, Riley and I are very proud of Craig's hard work in our basement and it's time to share the progress he's made to date. Most of you know that Craig has spent the past few months designing, framing, and wiring every room downstairs. His late nights, muscle aches, sweat and tears are all paying off and I couldn't be more impressed. This past week we had the foam insulation sprayed, and the dry wall is almost all hung as of today! This means we get to pick out paint, carpet, bathroom cabinets, and tile soon - which obviously is my favorite part :) The pictures in the slideshow above start with the completion of his framing work, the insulation stage, and what the dry wall looks like as of 12:30am today. There's still more work to do (like trim, so plan on a trim and painting party soon for those of you in town!) - but I'm very happy to share his project progress with you all so far. Great work Craig!!
